Words of Encouragement for January 2012

Supposedly, there are many persons who do not make resolutions at the beginning of each year and there are many who do, and sometimes by the end of the first month, there is disappointment because of failed goals.

How about you? Does it help to look back and resolve to do things differently? If resolving to do things more positive works for you by making a resolution, then do it. However, may I encourage you to be sure to focus correctly and your enthusiasm will not dwindle and your goals will be attainable. Put your hope in Jesus Christ . He is the answer to all concerns, to all despair, to all burdens. He will not fail you - people will fail you, you will disappoint yourself - but Jesus never fails.
