![]() The Radio Ministry is LIVE the first Sunday of each month from 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm at the WYBC Studio in Lanham, Maryland, 1340 AM. It is a blessed opportunity to share on the airways my passion for studying the Bible inductively. The four components of basic inductive Bible Study are Observation, Interpretation, Correlation and Application (See Bible Study). The Humbly Submitted Ministries Bible Challenge is given on the radio and also at the monthly Bible Study: The passage of study guided by the Holy Spirit, recognizes some calendared holidays and sometimes the study is predicated upon the concerns of the time. I strive to teach so that all listeners, whether mentally or physically challenged or even driving a car at the time can receive the taught Word. I consciously try to generate hope and encouragement, to establish an interest in studying the Word of God inductively to discover themselves in the Word, and to encourage attendance at their corporate Bible Studies, if possible. My prayers are that the listeners are anxious to augment their Biblical understanding of the Bible by listening monthly to the Humbly Submitted Ministries Radio Broadcast, and realize that the Bible is the answer to all of their needs. Each month you will have an opportunity to participate in the Bible Trivia, that was shared on the radio. ![]() The Humbly Submitted Ministries Radio Ministry was on New Year's Day, January 1, 2012, from 5-5:30 PM. It was a pleasure to greet the radio listeners with a Happy New Year and to extend words of encouragement for the New Year. Romans the 12th chapter was the selected Scripture for study to activate us as disciples of Jesus Christ for commitment to service and to demonstrate genuine love for one another. Roman 12.1 is a verse well memorized; however, the listeners were encouraged to really submit themselves holy unto the Lord, as beseeched by the apostle Paul. This chapter deals with using gifts to the glory of the Lord; to show brotherly and sisterly love toward each other; to love without dissimulation; to be patient in tribulation; to live at peace with everyone and to overcome evil with good. Romans 12.3-20 include many positive disciplines that can be applied to the lives of disciples and the radio listeners were encouraged in this aspect. (View Bible Trivia Questions for the Month)
